🧩 The Challenge
ACE Education, a leading provider of tutoring and online learning in Malaysia, faced a digital roadblock. Their existing website was outdated, slow to load, and lacked the mobile responsiveness and modern design today’s learners expect. The user interface didn’t reflect the credibility of their services, and navigation was disjointed, leading to poor engagement.
Despite offering high-quality academic programs, the digital experience didn’t match the brand’s standard — affecting both user trust and lead conversion.
